Alongside Care First 24 it was identified that one of the fundamental missing pieces of the care packages offered by care providers in the UK was the lack of any real integrative mental health provision. Due to the need to provide this incredibly essential service TOTUS (TOTUS Health Ltd) was created.

The purpose of TOTUS is to create a 360-degree model for Mental Health Support and ultimately Holistic Well-being which will include the primary client, family members and the entire staff team.
